A while back I came across the Design for Engagement – How to Design So People Take Action course by Susan Weinschenk on udemy.com. It’s a very interesting look at what drives behavior and motivates people to make the decisions they do. I highly recommend watching it. I haven’t made it all the way through and I’ve encountered some of the material she uses as sources before, but it’s a refreshing reminder of what we need to consider as we attempt to engage and motivate audiences.
