Interactive Credit Card Form

I came across a fun and interactive way to display a credit card form which can be found on http://jessepollak.github.io/card/. No more plain or boring credit card forms. This app makes the credit card come to life. The user types in their information making it look like a real credit card on the screen. In addition, the app automatically knows what type of credit card the user has.
