The web is full of endless resources for Twitter. I recently discovered Riffle from CrowdRiff, which is a free Chrome extension that analyzes and engages with Twitter users. Riffle is integrated with many Twitter platforms such as Hootsuite, TweetDeck, Twilert, Spredfast and many others.
Riffle is a good way to see whom you are interacting with or whom you might want to interact with in the future. This tool allows users to search for anyone on Twitter and find out information on a user’s profile. The extension gives data such as what social media accounts they’re utilizing, type of device, apps used to tweet, tweets per day, retweets, top tweets, top hashtags, and top URLs they tweet about.
Riffle is easy to download and use. Once the extension has been installed in Chrome, click on the Riffle icon in the toolbar to activate. You will then be asked to login with Twitter. Now you can begin using Riffle with Twitter or Twitter platforms. Instead of clicking on the Riffle icon in the toolbar every time, a small icon appears in your Twitter feed. When you click on the Riffle icon, it gives a breakdown of a users account.
Riffle is a good tool to use if you are looking for a way to engage with the Twitter community and learn more about your followers or other users.
